Acceptance
By using the JeoKod app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Educational purpose
JeoKod is an independent geography learning and practice tool. It is not affiliated with ÖSYM, the Turkish Ministry of National Education, or any other official institution. It does not guarantee exam success, a particular score, or that all content will always be complete and error-free.
Licence to use
You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use JeoKod lawfully for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy or reverse engineer the app, extract content in bulk, republish it, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Premium purchase
JeoKod may offer Premium access through a one-time in-app purchase. The current price, currency, and taxes are shown by the store before you confirm. Payment, restoration, and refunds are governed by the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play account you use.
You can restore purchased access with the same store account. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Notifications and access
Study reminders are optional and can be disabled in device settings. Declining notification or tracking permission does not prevent access to the app’s core learning features.
Intellectual property
Rights in the JeoKod name, app, website, software, maps, text, narration, original memory-code stories, artwork, and audio belong to Bariton or the relevant licensors. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without express permission.
Changes to the service
Content, features, and store availability may be updated from time to time. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or store requirements.
Limitation of liability
JeoKod is provided with reasonable care on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, continuous access, fitness for a particular purpose, and indirect loss are not guaranteed. This section does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
