Data and Account Deletion

Explains how to remove local JeoKod data and request deletion of information contained in support correspondence.

Last updated: August 29, 2026

01

JeoKod account

JeoKod does not create user accounts and does not offer registration with a name, email address, or password. There is therefore no JeoKod account to close or delete.

02

JeoKod data on your device

Learning progress, accuracy and quiz statistics, sound and haptic preferences, notification settings, selected age group, and Premium-access status are kept on your device.

  1. Use the relevant reset option in JeoKod to remove specific statistics or preferences.
  2. Uninstall JeoKod from your device to remove all local JeoKod data.

Uninstalling the app removes local JeoKod data and scheduled local notifications from the device.

03

Store purchase records

Uninstalling the app does not delete Apple App Store or Google Play purchase history. Those records are retained by the store provider under its own policies and legal obligations. Use Apple’s or Google’s account and support tools for records held in your store account.

04

Deleting support correspondence

If you previously contacted support@bariton.dev, you can ask for personal information in that correspondence to be deleted. Email support@bariton.dev with the subject “JeoKod Data Deletion Request” and identify the correspondence you want removed.

The request will be handled after verifying the sending address and considering legal retention duties. Limited records that must be retained by law may remain until the required period ends.
